I dropped my Venison trim off about 13 months ago. Everytime I call, they say soon. I've all but written off that meat, it was from multiple deer, probably 30 pounds. What a shame. Will never go back.

This place isn't worth 1 cent of my business. I brought in 2 deer from the 2022 season for them to process. Over the course of the year and multiple calls to confirm their timeline for processing, they reassured me they were working on them and were behind. Long story short, I never received the processed venison or even so much of an explanation why. They essentially stole 2 deer's worth of meat. It's unfortunate because it's a small business and I would expect more of them to keep customers. I wouldn't take your business there if I were you. It's too bad I can't rate them less than 1 star.

When I come up from Appleton I always load up on breakfast sauage the Italian brats mozzarella mushroom Italian brats and pork sausage and other stuff. can't say enough. I found a great butcher shop!! Need to make a run soon!!!!

Lady with gray hair behind counter was extremely rude. I just asked if they had any dog bones and she rudely stated that is not a priority for her. Tip: If you are having a bad day, don't take it out on the CUSTOMER.

We purchase about 8 pkgs. of the "Porkies" (breakfast sausage links) when we pass through Phillips, WI, on our yearly vacation, from the North Woods.It's the best I've ever tasted.
