We purchased a bundle, beef, bacon and chicken, and were very pleased with the quality. The summer sausage was particularly delicious. It is important to us to buy local animals from a local butcher and I have no disappointment. I will be back!

Ordering our second 1/4 grass-fed cow! We love how we get to choose what type of cow, what cuts, bones, and other things we would like. We also like the paper packaging instead of plastic. It is easy to communicate with the sales team, and a user friendly website. Excited to have a fully stocked freezer again!
