Wonderful smaller scale cheese maker. Family business for over 140 years. Nice tour guide, explained the process. Great cheese, free samples. Bought some seven year aged sharp cheddar and some butter cheese, and some ice cream. Time well spent.

As a traveler our recommendations would be to get small cheese slicers or knives that has your company name on them,and have a small selection of crackers to buy for travelers.

Was there a yr ago..loved the curds,,best around and to my amazement,,the price was the same,,,no increase at all...40ty mile to get there but well worth it....so take a road trip n put it on your list....
