The service specialist, Tyler, was excellent. He was so efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We are an older couple that are still learning the technology of today. Tyler was very patient and explained everything. We appreciate his help and look forward to using the new service.

The service of Union Telephone Company is just amazing! Any time we have had an issue (which are very few) they respond and are on site the same day, usually within a couple hours. It's just amazing to find a company that displays this level of care!!

Nate came the same day I called in with Internet problems and set me up with a new modem and also set my phone up correctly! I can't thank him enough 🥰 I appreciate great friendly service with a smile. Because I'm not tech savvy at ALL! Keep Rockin your job Nate and know you are 👍😊
