Heater ignition failed on me and I couldn't find on in Dubuque on a Saturday. Looked online and Ace Hardware had one. The 30 minute drive was worth it, and the gentleman went the extra mile to make sure I had the correct one. 👍

Highly impressed. Walked in and was instantly greeted, asked if I needed help so I showed him a picture of what I needed (locking nut for a crib) I didn’t have one but I did have the screw, he instantly brought me where I needed and got the right size!
