Bryce was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He was multitasking between us and another customer seamlessly. He was so professional. He helped me understand all of my options and made sure we made an informed decision on how to proceed. He took a bad situation of my phone randomly dying and made it as easy and pain free as possible. Even though Bryce was incredibly busy he made sure to be very attentive to everyone that entered.

Bryce was helpful and knowledgeable about his job he made sure that I received exactly what I was asking for, which was to keep my current phone, change to Verizon as my carrier, and get a business line added to my personal phone. He also handled servicing several customers, while helping us and answering the phone to let call-in customers know that he was busy with in store customers but he would call them back in a calm professional manner. Ge was just all around pleasant to work with.
