Garvey's Auto Services in Platteville is a locally owned and reliable auto repair shop established in 1949. They are an honest, straightforward, and friendly business committed to affordable prices and efficient work. They provide great, fast service, often fitting customers in the same day. The team runs full diagnostic checks, avoids unnecessary repairs, and is very good at working with schedules. They are super reasonably priced with decent, average costs for parts and labor. Customers highlight the good work, recommend them highly over other places, and appreciate the nice, awesome service. Many state they will not go anywhere else.
Had a wheel bearing blow on our trailer while driving home on vacation. It was 4pm (they close at 5) and they agreed to help us. Stayed open, replaced the bearing and had us back on the road by 5:30. We made it home to Milwaukee safely. Really grateful for their willingness to help and their expertise!
