My boys and I enjoy buying shoes at Hibbetts because it’s close to home. Unfortunately, the customer service is severely lacking. I understand the college kids work ethic but they should be helping people and not stocking or on their phones. Give customers access to the shoes in the back and less people would be pissed!

I was given the wrong size shoes that I was buying for my son. Requested a 10 and was given a 10.5 also spent over $300 and entered my rewards information and even asked the cashier if it was being put on my rewards balance and she said yes. Got home and looked at my receipt and was not added to my rewards.
