Stayed on 2nd floor. Was able to open door to balcony.Cheap and cheerful, but clean hotel

The sent us to a building down the hill. No name on building, no security. Made reservation at hotel to stay with our club members. Total misrepresentation. Deception!We left and didn’t stay. Lost our money.Rooms: Couldn’t get into our room.Manager said they were having key problems.
