“I want to give a huge shoutout to the staff at this hotel. We recently stayed a night while attending a baseball tournament in Dubuque. Our son carries a small stuffed dog with him that he’s had since 3. He accidentally left it in the bed and we didn’t see it when we checked out. My wife called the next day and asked if the cleaning staff may have found it. The desk employee mentioned she knew what my wife was talking about right away, said she had it, and would mail it back to us. It showed up to our house in 2 days and Country Inn and Suites took care of the shipping costs. Excellent customer service. Rooms were clean, staff was nice, and the pool area perfect for the team to swim in. Also had a large continental breakfast with plenty of options. We will stay here again if in the area.”

“This is genuinely the best hotel i have ever stayed in. The staff were all super sweet. There was a group of girls traveling internationally and the manager offered to let them keep the keycards for their scrapbooks. They were so happy. Every time I walked in I was greeted by name by the staff. They went around and asked how breakfast was in the mornings. I highly recommend this hotel.”
