I don’t write reviews often, but I definitely only write them after several good experiences with customer service. I will say, the Converse store in the Pleasant Prairie outlet shopping mall is not just the best store shoe store in my recent shopping experiences but probably one of the most well managed stores as far as customer service goes, in the entire Kenosha County area. Thank you, Ken the manager and Riley. The two of you were BEYOND HELPFUL and your great attitudes made for a wonderful experience.

Store was packed busy on a Saturday but still very clean and organized and we experienced awesome customer service from Kurt. He really went above and beyond to fetch multiple sizes until our teens had on the kicks of their dreams. Our family was all impressed.
