CVS Pharmacy employees are knowledgeable and quickly greet customers, interacting with them as people. The cashiers are very helpful. However, there can be frustration when calling, and the online website does not correspond with information given by voice or text. Customers report that high-value gift cards may not work and are non-refundable. Sometimes, no one informs customers that medications are on backorder, which is frustrating. Overall, the team is described as totally awesome and very appreciated for their help.
As always, I am quickly greeted by all your pharmacy employees. Each of them interacts with me as a person, not just a customer. I would never change pharmacies. They answer any questions I may have in a very knowledgeable way.

Very helpful cashiers but the 200 dollar cards does not work. I suggest to others: do not buy apple cards here the 100 snd 200 apple cards do not work from here. I learnt the hard way. Oh and they tell us non refundable. Got to be more careful.
