CVS Pharmacy employees are knowledgeable and quickly greet customers, interacting with them as people. The cashiers are very helpful. However, there can be frustration when calling, and the online website does not correspond with information given by voice or text. Customers report that high-value gift cards may not work and are non-refundable. Sometimes, no one informs customers that medications are on backorder, which is frustrating. Overall, the team is described as totally awesome and very appreciated for their help.
Cvs Target has been my favorite pharmacy for years for all the right reasons, try it and you will return it's as simple as that, it's the people, people, people, of course.
