Wow! I was just treated terribly here! Been coming here for years! I'm a Business Woman and I was treated as if I were stupid. Blank look on Woman's face as I spoke. Was like I'm speaking another language. Not acceptable!!

The best Fedex Store ever! Have worked with a number of Fedex stores across the US for our business and the customer service provided by this store is just outstanding! Kudos to Cassandra and the whole team there who are excellent!

CaSandra was extremely helpful, patient, thorough, and very professional, taking care of a number of customers and the phone at the same time. I had many questions, and even though she was handling a million things at once, she was very polite throughout, answered every question thoroughly, and delivered amazing service. I am grateful for the care that she took, especially under very challenging circumstances. Thank you, CaSandra!

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Id i could leave less than one star i would. Went to ship a package in a box that was not a fed ex box as there was no fed ex boxes thatd fit my item. The representative told me they could not accept the box as it wasn’t in a fed ex box. I pointed out that none of their boxes fit the item i was shipping and was rudely told that they didn’t care and wasn’t going to take my item. Very unprofessional and very unimpressed by this locations lack of service

Went there to use Rush my passport. I was there for close to an hour. The staff was very helpful, even showing me how to use the computer. Would not have been able to do it without them. Great place to go for a passport, even took my pictures for me.

I had a huge print & lamination project for an upcoming event and was struggling a bit with executing it. Sam stepped in, provided suggestions and consistently checked in to ensure I was making progress. I would not have finished it without her. I can't thank her enough for her time, patience, sincerity, and exceptional customer service.

Absolutely terrible experience. Called to notify associate I was running a few minutes behind to pick up an order 15 minutes before store closing. Got to store at 7:01 and was refused to be given a prepaid order for pickup because I was a minute after closing. No compassion/no customer service. In fact, lady was beyond rude to me. That’s why I called. Order was done. Instead the associate would rather waste my gas and time coming back the next morning. What type of place treats customers this way? Go to OfficeMax a few miles down the road. I know I will be.
