My parents asked about a discount at this Gap Factory Outlet, and the staff told them they needed to provide a SSN to receive it. We’ve never heard of such a requirement, and we were able to get discounts at other stores in the same outlet without an SSN.
This was confusing and frustrating, especially for international visitors. If this is not actually store policy, the staff should be trained properly. It left a disappointing impression.

I love ❤️ gap factory. The parking is easily accessible. The store is always organized and associates are helpful in locating merchandise. I’ve been a Gap girl since I was 20 years old.

Horrible customer service - especially with the district manager is there. I loved shopping the GAP for my kids - definitely don't spend bother yourself with going to this store.
