Well, I can only review about what little time I spent at Global Industries., as this was wrong company I was scheduled to pick up from. But I'll tell you what! Employees were absolutely great in showing me where to go for Innio Waukesha Gas Engines, as they share same address but of course Waukesha was way on opposite side of building..

I would not order a safe from them to a residence. They make you pay for extra shipping which is pointless because they don't even bring the item up front steps... Very slow at trying to resolve the issue which was never resolved by them. I decided to just have them deliver the safe and my fiancé and I deal with the rest.

Would give 0 stars if it let me. I have only ordered from them once and will never order again. I will pay twice the cost if it means I don't have to order from this company. It was an absolute pain would not recommend.

I wish I would have checked their google reviews before purchasing. ZERO after the sale customer service with a damaged piece of expensive equipment. It arrived poorly packaged and the equipment was rubbing together removing the paint from many areas. The customer support team makes it sound like my fault and my issue now that it took me 7 days to unpackage it instead of 5. Spend your money elsewhere....

I wish that I would have checked reviews before ordering. Without exaggeration I can state that this company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Buyer beware when you order and the listing says no returns. I bought a ghent whiteboard that came missing the mounts for hanging and the build was poor quality. I suspect that Global Supply was so much cheaper than other dealers because they are buying products that did not pass QC. After weeks of going back and forth with Global Supply, providing many images, etc., I gave up and pursued the manufacturer. ghent was wonderful and worked with me to provide a better product. Two weeks after I started conversing with the manufacturer, Global Supply came back to ask me for more information to further my claim... Clowns. STAY FAR AWAY and spend the extra $$$ for better service.
