What an experience I had. I was helped by Khris. She's knowledgeable and professional. I've been to this store a few times and encountered impatient, rude, and racist employees. I walked away very confident in my purchases and will be back!

The sales lady clearly didn’t wanna be there lol. Came in early today to avoid long wait times. Got called after 10mins and the lady who assisted me wasn’t having a good day lololol! I asked to try on 2 bracelets, she showed me one and then I asked for the other one and she was like, oh you wanna look at that one too? Haha yes miss, I wanna look at that one too. So then I still tried to be friendly and all but man, she wasn’t engaging at all like she wants to be out of there! Anyway, I asked her, oh which one do you like better? Immediately said, that’s up to you. Lol. Said nothing else, just that so it was so awkward lol. Wanted to try on necklaces too but the whole store feels like they just want you out right away. I bought the bracelet and got out quickly before she ruins my holiday spirit! Maybe she wasn’t a morning person? Hopefully she’ll have a very Merry Christmas! ? Love Pandora, just not this store.

Nice clean store, and they often carry sale/last chance items that might be sold out at other retail stores or online.

Today was there and drove 45 minutes to get there and buy an especial present for my daughter, I told the lady who has black hair and speak Spanish that I need to check the rings and charms She was really RUDE not even say nothing at the end . I just take my receipt end told the manager what happened . Hope she do something. I’m going to return everything and never came back.

Worst experience today there! Linda was VERY rude and unprofessional. It is NOT okay to fat shame a customer and that is exactly what she did! And prior to the wonderful fat shaming, she was already so rude and made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to ask her about anything for both myself & my daughter that were both shopping. So yes, I left the store in tears with my children! I love pandora and have bought so much for so many years but after today it definitely makes me question if this is a company I am willing to support anymore. Thank you Linda for opening me and my children’s eyes to the continued ignorance in this world! Called the store asking for a manager but still waiting for a call back.

Waited 20 minutes without being told nothing, just to try and get into the store, then was told I have to wait another hour before I can even talk to somebody… They let 10+ people wait in line without even telling them there’s another hour wait for them! They would’ve probably been an extra 30 on top! I had to tell everyone behind me how long it was and we all walked away. I was 1 person trying to buy my wife a quick present and just had my time wasted.. this happens almost everyday there guess they just need more workers, just to add on they was only like 5-7 people in the store.

Workers are extremely rude and make you feel like you’re a bother being there. Horrible customer service especially for the prices of product. I purchase from Pandora a lot but this will be the last time because of how I was treated.

Came in right before closing because my wife asked me to clean her bracelets for an event the following day. Lupe and Angie helped me out and were amazing! Lupe was very patient and helped me find something new that my wife would really like. Angie took her time and made sure the bracelets were shining. I really appreciate the great customer service!

Terrible customer service. Associate Angela P. had a rude demeanor since I walked into the store. I was in for an online order pick up and didn’t even bother looking at any other items to purchase after speaking with her.

Came in close to Christmas day. Busy but everything went smooth. Waited for my name to be called while looking at jewelry online ( was that crowded)Everyone who worked there was kind and genuine. Felt welcomed. Bought everything I needed and left incredibly happy. 10/10 from the moment I walked in, til I left. Store was well lit, clean and welcoming.

Came here to look for some ear rings but guy asked me to wait 1hr so I did came back 45 mins later tells me to wait outside and I have a baby in a stroller apparently to occupied I understand but let me wait inside looks bad for business coming from a business owner will not return here at all

I love that they have sale prices from the Pandora website there in the outlet store. Regular retail stores don't seem to sell at sale prices, but this outlet store does. You can also find some pieces that aren't on the website. I found some Star Wars charms that weren't on the site anymore, but the outlet had them. I will neither confirm nor deny that I may have spent $300+ on charms there from a phenomenal *charming* stylist who had like 5 completely filled Pandora bracelets on each wrist. That queen knows the addiction, it was like meeting my Pandora soulmate.

I had an impression that being located at the outlet mall, I would get better deal. Drove all the way there and made a purchase even though they did not have a good collection of the charms. Later found out that the price what we paid is similar to the online price or any other shop in the city.I don't think people really need to drive all the way there to make a purchase. Staffs also does not look that welcoming.
