Went to do a walk-in nail trim, grooming section was completely closed and I was told they left early for the day. Came back a few days later and the groomer was very rude to me and treated me like I was a total inconvenience to her

Stopped by today after adopting our cat Reggie from the humane society. Jack greeted us as soon as we walked in and asked about our new pet. He went out of the way to find us and help us with any questions and offer us a new pet parent coupon book. We appreciate Jack’s help and will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

I appreciate that the staff is always friendly and that we can bring our dog. I love the bin of the bigger stuffed animals and this time they were on sale for buy 3 at $4.00 each, and get TWO free! Especially, when you have a dog that enjoys tearing them apart!
I got a basket and filled it for his golden birthday.

Went to get my toy poodle groomed. Everywhere I can find isn’t accepting new clients, i was referred by the other Stylists in the shop to a certain person that she did “amazing on poodles” she didn’t even do what I asked. The cut is uneven, one leg looks completely untouched & hours later I realized they didn’t trim her nails. I will not be going back, definitely will not recommend. I’m very disappointed. Not to mention, my pup is a loving & happy dog when she sees people. When I picked her up, she looked so sad & it’s taken hours for her to perk back up to herself.
