“I would give the Kenosha Post Office on Sheridan Road 4 out of 5 stars. The customer service representatives are generally friendly, but what really stood out to me was the kindness of the other customers. People held the door open for me, started conversations, and were so complimentary about my appearance and my laugh. I was honestly amazed by how welcoming everyone was, especially because people would speak to me without me having to say hello first. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and the positive energy. It made my visit a really pleasant experience.”

“Glad there are still USPS facilities around. This one is a little gem that gets it's fair share of traffic.
The wait times are manageable and the staff takes its time with the costumers and freely give advice. They always seem freindly.
Parking is just enough for the size of this facility.
Never had an issue.
Make sure you check the times they're open. They close for lunch time, so plan accordingly.”

“I had a fantastic experience at the Zion Post Office on Sheridan Road. The staff behind the counter early Tuesday morning, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The woman who assisted me was especially outstanding, she was patient, efficient, and had a wonderful sense of humor that made the visit genuinely pleasant. You can tell she really cares about providing great customer service and goes above and beyond to help everyone who comes through.
The office itself was clean and well-run, and even when there was a line, things moved quickly thanks to the staff’s professionalism. I truly appreciate the positive attitude and kindness I experienced here. This is easily one of the best post office locations I’ve been to, and I’ll definitely be returning.
Of course there's always a tiny need for improvement with the delivery of mail, but overall fabulous.”

“Me and my son purposely go to the pleasant prairie post office instead of the Kenosha one because the staff is super friendly and it's never super crowded. The Kenosha Post office on the other hand, the workers seem like they are miserable and angry every time I went there.”
