If you love no greeting and finding things on your own and given dirty looks bc you keep circling the aisles trying to find something this is the place for you. Very unfriendly environment and the associates just stood there with pi$$ed off looks of you don’t like your job maybe find something that isn’t in the service industry.

The girl at the register was very friendly and knowledgeable of all the products and helped me find what I needed and then some. Spent a pretty penny but it was worth what I got.

Is it your policy to have your workers make fun of shoppers for not signing up for the credit card? Everytime I'm just trying to buy $10 worth of hairdye I get harassed by clowns.

Always a great place to get quick supplies when you need em and the staff is very VERY helpful. :)

Purchased a couple of items from this store and the clerk was helpful. However after she rang up everything, then she tells me the store is going green, they only have paper bags and there is a charge of $0.15 for the bag. What am I going to do at this point, say no thanks to the bag and figure out how to get my purchase to my car. While I have no problem with their decision to go green, why am I paying for it.

I’ve been going to this Sally’s since I was 16, I’m now 20. I’ve always had a great experience up until today. I’m not sure if it’s because of the new employees or the color of my skin? I was just shopping around, already got the help I needed, but still shopped around for whatever I thought was needed..was in there for about 30 minutes. There was a family of 3 in there (around the same time I was) in the middle of the aisle, I didn’t want to be rude and go through them, so I walked around the aisle to the other side to get developer.. one of the employees 2 seconds later follow me and ask if I needed help again.. she looked panicked for some reason. During that entire time I was in there I was asked 2 times if I needed help.. but that family? 0 times during the 30 minutes I was there. Maybe overall they need to up their customer service, mind you I’ve worked in customer service since I was 16, so I know how it is but is it necessary to ask a customer 2 times if they need help in a span of 30 minutes? No. So to whoever was working on March 28th, on a Sunday @ 4:18pm, you just made this location lose a customer.

I went here this past Saturday, and spoke with Kim about everything I needed to bleach and dye my hair for the first time. She walked me around the store and made sure I found everything I needed and even wrote me some instructions down to make sure I remembered everything she told me. She was wonderful!!

Nice products which is the only reason I go, but certain employees could use an attitude adjustment. Try not to look and behave so visibly annoyed towards a customer next time.
