“Attempted to secure a unit on Sheridan Road in Zion, Illinois and the representative was horrible! He was dismissive and had us waiting at the door longer than was necessary. He was not helpful at all. Transferred my account to The Extra Space storage facility on North Lewis Avenue in Beach Park. Customer service rep by the name of Kyle was extremely helpful and accommodating! Very satisfied with the service!”

“Heather was great! I lost the key to my lock and she helped me cut it and buy a new one to secure. Very resourceful and efficient
Heather was extremely helpful, especially, with me being a senior citizen. Thank you..”
“This place is awesome. Courteus, respectful, friendly & helpful. Dorothy is very helpful & one of the friendliest people I've had the pleasure knowing. If your looking for storage, I strongly recommend you to look here first. Very clean.”

“Hallways clean, clear. Exterior well maintained. Units described very well so you know what you are getting. Great staff helps answer questions. Bob, manager I think, very knowledgeable and helpful.Compared to other storage experiences I have had over the decades, this place takes it to a human level and not just "give me your money for a room".”
“I was moving to Wisconsin and needed storage. Initially, my choice was Barth Storage because it was located close to my new place. Once meeting the team at Barth - the benefits were much greater than location! The team does everything possible to make things convenient for YOU! Access to your unit, online payments, referral specials - they have it all! I highly recommend Barth and special shout out to Stacey at the 75th Street location!”
“I wanted to let CubeSmart know that their employee Jacob in Green Bay WI on Military Ave went above and beyond today with Customer Service. There was a problem with payment and he was excellent and solved the problem. Thank you Jacob for your patience and efforts to help a senior customer!”
“I have my 5th Wheel camper stored at Joe’s Smith Storage and Electrical. They have very reasonable rates and at a great location. Joe and Andrea are fantastic owners, and it is a pleasure knowing them. Joe assisted me with an electrical question, and was very helpful.”

“This has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. They have made my stressful life change/moving so much easier. Alycia walked me through everything when I got the unit, she even checked in with me and made sure everything was going smoothly. She is one of the kindest and helpful people I've met and the extra kindness she brings has been wonderful. The unit was clean, there is a locked gate which you can only access with your own code. I would highly recommend this place.10/10”
“I have rented many U-Hauls and I have to say Chicory Road Brothers Storage LLC was by far the best experience of all locations between Racine & Kenosha! Debbie, who was extremely friendly went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and return. I hands down will always rent U-Hauls from this location from now on. I am so pleased with this company that I even rented a storage unit from them. They only had one available and I feel so lucky to be the one to rent it, it’s just what I needed. Their service has been nothing but TOP NOTCH! Extremely satisfied. If you are looking to rent a U-Haul or are in need of a storage unit, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! Thank you Debbie & Chicory Road Brothers Storage for such superior customer service. ”
“Larissa was awesome with the help she provided for me and the answers to the questions that I asked!

“Everything was easy to get set up!! Extremely professional, friendly staff!!! First month free made my initial set up so affordable!!! And the app is amazing 😍”
“Have used this business for our storage needs since moving back to WI over a decade ago! They have always been helpful, responsive, fair, and the prices are reasonable. The convenient location is a super Plus!”
“I’ve used this U-Haul location for truck rental on a couple occasions and also for moving supplies and an appliance dolly rental. Every single time the staff is amazing, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. Eric helped me the last time I was there. He made it super easy and hassle free. Great customer service!!!”
“All my questions were answered completely. I felt at ease at all times. The tour was very helpful in choosing the unit size and finding the right ones for my needs. Thank you for the great service.”

“Competitive prices considering you're right here in town and don't gotta go far. You have to cancel your monthly lease 2 weeks prior to the day ya vacate- and I forgot.. but the owner was really cool and didn't hit me with that extra month. This would be a 2 or 3 star review if he didn't and I'd like to do a 5 star since he did .. just doesn't seem justified with current supply/demand but keep in mind its a local business not like a faceless uhaul or Walmart ✌️”
“Absolutely hassle free and easy to pay. It was very clean and dry with plenty of room to drive a 26 foot U-Haul with no problems. I highly recommend everyone to use them once to see how nice it was.”

“I used this storage company two times 2012 No problems and 2018, I had a concern but The owner was able to accomadate Me. Most importantly My items were safe both Times and the facility was always kept up and clean. Very Secure safe place to keep Your items. Thanks Lance and Densise for Helping Me Out both Times I had to rent the storage units.”
“The owner is friendly, the space secure, and the price super “Kenosha Affordable”. It’s unlocked during the day, but there are folks on site with eyeballs on who’s coming and going. And unlike other storage places, I was able to access my trailer all winter long. Not fancy, but it’s good storage at a reasonable price.”

“I give them the five stars very nice facility I rented one space at the beginning I added a second car so I added a second space and when I had a third car by purchasing three spaces which is one row there was a discount of $50 which I appreciated very much when I had to move my due date for the payment they accommodated me and allowed me to move my due date anywhere I wanted in the month which I appreciated when I need something and I can't operate the gate when the gate was not functioning she was there promptly only good interaction and a good experiences at this facility”
“Take 52 to get here gps will take u to first entrance which is not the right one , go up one more block and you will see company sign and says shipping docks , go all the way to the end and check in . They will ask u how u want the trailer loaded and will show u a pattern depending on how many pallets that right there lets u know they most likely load it wrong and if it needs a re work have to pay $50 up front . Also if u are picking up a load here and it’s hazmat make sure you have your own placards because they do not provide them here . 2/27/26”
