I brought my Nano ipod in to have the battery replaced and was scammed...My Ipod had a docking port for my radio...when I went to dock the Ipod they gave me back after paying $105 I realized they had pulled a switch on me...probably thinking I was old and wouldn't notice...the Ipod they continue to say is the one I brought in has NO DOCKING PORT...they basically tried to convince ME that it was the Ipod I brought in...like I was making the whole thing up...I'm filling a complaint with the BBB and the Consumer Protection and I'm filling a theft report with the city of Kenosha and taking these thieves to court!!! These are the WORST kind of crooks and should be put OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

I had an exceptional experience at uBreakiFix, from the moment I walked in, the staff (Juan) was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. Not only he did provide expert advice, but they also offered competitive prices and a fantastic range of products. The techs were able to custom-build my tablet with exactly the specs I wanted and even threw in a few helpful tips for optimizing my setup.

Great service! Fixed our Samsung phone in a few hours. We needed a new screen which they had in stock. Juan helped us out, he was very knowledgeable and thorough explaining the process from start to the time we came back and picked it up.
