Had the opportunity to work with Antwaun. He was great. Fast and Efficient Walked in and was out of the store with new phone within the 1 hr. Only store worth going to in the area.

Horrible people!
This is my first bad review! It takes a lot to make me this mad!
I started having problems receiving text messages on my iPhone 11 Pro from certain people and I brought it to several Verizon stores and no one could help. I spent 5 hours at this store at first I had a good experience and I thought they fixed it but they didn’t so I went in again and they said I need a new phone…
This didn’t make sense to me so nlbut I asked them if the new phone doesn’t
Work can I return it they said yes I could so I got the IPhone 16 pro they activated it and it still wasn’t getting text messages from certain people
I went drove back to see if the could fix it and they told me they couldn’t so I asked for my old phone back and to return the new one but they told me they shipped it away
I immediately called corporate and they said they lied to you they do have it and the policy is to keep them for 30 days and they just want the commission
I drove back again with her on speaker phone and they said they don’t have my old phone
And they said to call 611 which is the Verizon technician line to fix it
I asked them why you didn’t tell me about that phone number before you sold me the new phone
And the girl from Verizon said you should be ashamed of yourself
This is fraud!

I would rate this place as a negative star. Inconsistent pricing, rude. Took my phone in and when it was returned the phone turned black and I can't see the call waiting. please know they have screen repair available in Walmart and Smart Phone Repair in Kenosha..... do not go to this shop in a pinch. It is not worth the time money or effort. in face because of the way the store owner spoke to me ... I will never return there and will rather pay someone else than to go to a random store in the mall with jacked up prices for screen repair DONOT use them.

Horrible staff a clerk was so crabby he wouldn't help me with nothing.bought phone for 1400 went totally black he said oh well looks like someone needs a new phone.i said I only had it 3 months .lucky I had insurance he was crabby didn't want deal with no one.i ended up with cheap phone.cash but wasn't so cheap 500 taxes to.horrible worker's there.im going to version next phone.not my fault his wife didn't give him any night before

Went here after my phone had a malfunction and stopped working. Chris Kline was incredible! Did everything he could, and more, to help me leave the store with all my phone-related problems sorted out. Fantastic experience!

I have been a us cellular customer for over 2 years and went into the hwy 50 location trying to upgrade my phone. Sir jerry told me there was no promotions and he told me I should hold off on getting a phone. He was not able to help me upgrade my phone. The same day I went to the somers location & tried getting a phone there. I got a iPhone with a promo & a few gadgets for the phone. I asked if it was just this store doing promotions they said every location has the same deals. I was mind blown how sir jerry was comfortable telling me there wasn’t no promos.. I ended up calling back to the hwy 50 location and told them exactly what happened. They said they would follow up with jerry.. I guess not because fast forward a few months to today.. I called somers location because I didn’t want to even call the hwy 50 location because of my prior experience. Somers location was not available so I had no choice but to call the hwy 50 location.. I asked how I would go about doing a claim.. the man on the phone said he had a customer in front of him and he couldn’t help me to call back in 20 minutes.. mind you it’s a website or phone number that would take no time to give me… I asked his name & guess who it was ???? SIR JERRY.. that was my last straw that’s why I’m here writing this because the people need to know that this man is not helpful and should not be in customer service if he doesn’t like to help people. I have stayed away from this location because of one person. One person will make you not want to return. Us customer deserve to be helped not turned away due to false information.

Clown show. All happy and wonderful when you get phones from this place, but after you take home the phones and service is terrible out where we live, returning the phones causes a change in tone suddenly. Could be part of the training (who knows), but if you return a phone, they seem to get triggered and service goes out the window while $hit attitudes get turned on. We were told to go home and call CS to send back the phones. CS then told us that we needed to go to the store, so back and forth we went on the merry-go-round! After the phones were returned (at the store), we got cell bills for thousands of dollars which was fascinating. Internal communication about closing an account must be completely lacking at this company. We still get a bill on occasion for $9 or something... And, as we mentioned to them, this was no fault of theirs as the service just didn't work out west where we lived, but no it was somehow our fault in their eyes as again, customer service went out the window the second we walked in with the phones to return. We don't recommend U.S. Cellular to anyone and it's on our list of phone service providers to avoid. We learned the hard way... AVOID!!!

They sold a phone to my wife without fully disclosing the pricing terms. They say our flat rate is $160 per month and yet our bills fluctuate from $250 to 425 a month due to “hidden” fees which weren’t mentioned until after the fact. They also left out the cost of the phones which were in excess of $1,000 each. Dishonest and disappointing.

We went in to change our service from Verizon to U.S. Cellular upon recommendation of a friend. Everything went well (since we were switching and bringing our business to U.S. Cellular [USC]) and the sales guys were "shooting the $hit" having a good old time signing us up. Well, it turns out the cell service is not good where we live, so made the determination to go back to Verizon. My wife called USC CS and they said we need to bring the phones back to the store and begin the cancellation process. Going back to the store, their mood completely changed and acted like they didn't know who we were and proceeded to tell us that we need to call USC CS to mail back the phones (we got them direct from the store). We called USC CS again and they said we need to bring the phones back to the store. USC CS was nice about the issue (hence 2 stars) and made a note on the account so the guys at the store realized they SHOULD take the phones back. We'll be bringing back the phones to the store soon, so let's see how this goes. May revise the stars higher for this review depending on the results.

Horrendous. From tweedle dee and tweedle d*** in the store, to customer service, coverage, all of my experience with us cellular so far has been terrible. More so the coverage than anything. Slow speeds, spotty, drops important phone calls, delayed texts. Etc. I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy.Not even Joe Biden should use this company.
