Terrible service at this location! Always have to wait. Really do want to switch to another carrier. I waited almost 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! People were just walking in and getting service after I was there for over 45 minutes. There were 4-5 reps there working. Some were taking care of different customers at the same time, yet we sat and waited for over 60 minutes, sadly with that being said, this location needs to be trained properly, and communication needs to be addressed.

After having Verizon for over 20 years I switched to AT&T because this Branch treated my me so badly!
lAT&T got me a cheaper bill with 100 times better customer service!
Do not use this store they are not a corporate office!

We have been loyal Verizon customers for over 20 years and never experienced such terrible service. Went to Kenosha store to upgrade phones. Checked in and received message that two customers were in front of us. After 45 minutes of waiting our turn we observed 6 additional customers enter and receive assistance. No one checked in to provide an update on when they would get to us. We left the store and plan never to return.

The most frustrating experience I've ever encountered. I was offered a promotion for tablets for my business account and have not received a resolution as to why the promotion credit has not been applied to my account after visiting the store several times!

Take a lunch and be prepared to be lied to. They were telling the lady next to me false information about a watch just to sell it and the customer called her out on it. I was there 2 hours and nothing was accomplished with the business department there. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else

Went to Pleasant Prairie, WI Verizon today (6/13/2024 around 11AM) had great experience, the REP was knowledgeable and provide super customer service!! I appreciate how easy he made the transaction of trading in the old iphone & purchasing a new one.

The staff generally gets you in and out, and a nice people to deal with. But if they have to look into something for you and get back to you you'll never hear from them again. Needs lots of help on that end.

Laughably horrendous customer service from Verizon. Tried to get an actual human being on the phone for a couple of small questions, just got a bot that had no idea how to answer my question. Came to the store thinking aha a real human will help solve my problem. Nope also completely worthless. Can't wait for the end of the contract to go back to another provider.

I came in yesterday asking about a promotion I saw on tv. The staff were incredibly helpful and thorough in explaining the ins and outs of the offer. There was no sneaky fine print, and they were super friendly and polite. I left very happy. If you are a polite, reasonable person, you can expect to have a great experience.
