I'd give 0 if I could. Pulled up at 8am. Google and store door says open at 7am. Lady opens the door and says they are closed while she's letting a man out and says he's a friend. What the hell? So unprofessional. Oh and I had my baby with me but she wouldn't let me in the locked doors as another 'friend' customer is walking out. Yet they are supposed to be open for business!

We placed a special order in-store with the manager on duty for 4 cases of small canned hams that we were going to donate to a food pantry for the upcoming holiday season. He said they’d be in on Saturday.
On Monday we returned to get the hams and manager was not there. No one in store was aware of the order and it was determined the cases had not arrived.
Finally, the store general manager appeared and told me that his assistant had made a mistake and should not have taken a special order and that the Walgreens system limits orders of that item to a quantity of 2 cans (not cases). He was surprised because that manager had worked for Walgreens for 2O + years. The store manager was very nice and apologized several times.
If was a Big disappoint and waste of our time because of apparent bad training and faulty systems. They just don’t have their retail act together.
Not surprised that Walgreens is failing as a company and will be closing 12OO stores in the coming year.

My photo order was messed up due to something wrong with the printer leaving red green and blue lines over nearly almost all my photos. Usually this Walgreens has best quality so go out of my way to go to this one. Person working photo made the refund process extremely quick and easy. Just might avoid getting photos printed there for a bit

The pharmacist ( the older gentleman) seems like he needs to retire. I called to refill my prescription and the tone of his voice said to me that he didn't want to be bothered. I received a flu shot from him before, and either he didn't know how to give it, or he really didn't care. The lady pharmacists are wonderful and really seem to enjoy their job and customers.

Did a curbside pickup and waited over 20 min. Finally they said they were short handed. I go in and saw two employees laughing it up at the photo area and a cashier stocking behind the register. No customer in sight. I think they were just lazy and didn't want to bring out my water. This walgreens is trash.

Not happy with what we saw in the photo area in this store. A young man sitting on a stool with his feet on the counter eating a bag of chips. Very unprofessional and disgusting. Didn’t get his name but just not right.

This Walgreens is right off of Highway 50. Stopped here for a few necessities before I headed home after grocery shopping. The store is neat and organized, and the shelves are very well stocked. Caught a bit of an attitude from a couple of workers. They seemed stressed. I'm a regular Walgreens shopper (but not at this particular location). Didn't see a manager on duty, but there must've been one in the store. Needs to be more visible. The parking area left a lot to be desired....very cramped, and not very convenient.

My daughter ended up slipping near our car due to ice being on the ground and hopefully and fortunately she hasn't complained on anything hurting yet although thankfully it was seen and caught on camera. Shouldn't Walgreens or whomever does their parking lot have salt down to make sure their customers don't slip and hurt themselves? We could have avoided this issue although she insisted in getting her candy canes at Walgreens with her family.
