Payment portal is awful, nothing but problems and only had an account with them for 4 months. Currently trying to payoff and can't get even manage that on first call. Waiting for callback after my 3rd call regarding the payoff. While they still tack on interest ☹️

The worst customer service and this business should be shut down they say they will work with you and then they charge you extra fees and they don't communicate within the company nobody knows what is going on .then they lie to you over the phone. Definitely not doing business with them again

So they roll out a new portal and charge a $5 “convenience fee” now. Yeah, I’m definitely gonna pay off this account and never use them again.

Terrible customer service and the way they try to screw you over is ridiculous! Definitely reporting it to BBB...they are trying to charge me an extra $30 on my monthly note bc they said my auto pay was returned back to my bank but i called in to disable the autopay bc i wanted to start paying it myself from my online banking and was paid early and wasnt late and had proof of payment with date and all but unfortunately they said they couldn't fine a call from me on the date i said i called on and wanted me to send proof of that call like seriously?? Unfortunately i had gotten a new phone and some of my stuff didnt transfer and had call log cleared out...at this point i'd rather return the merchandise to the company, Bioair, and discontinue the loan all together!!!

Terrible customer service. Worse payment portal. Made my final payment last week. I noticed that my bank was not charged. I tried to login and the account isn't active. So I decided to call. The portal had an issue and it deleted the last digit. Naturally the payment failed. Belmont decided to charge me a fee for insufficient funds( there was plenty in there). They refused to explain why the account was locked and also refused to remove the bogus fee. Avoid using them for anything.

I feel so ripped off by Belmont. Terrible company. DO NOT fiance with them. You’ll pay twice as much for your product. In my case a Rainbow vacuum. Never again, Belmont. Rainbow should be ashamed to partner with this company.

This company I do not like at all. I felt forced to buy the rainbow vacuum machine that doesn’t even work properly. The Rainbow company as well does not have anyone answer you back properly from the ones who talked you into purchasing it. I was never getting communication back in my “reimbursement program” so that you can get a reimbursement. I really would like to know why I can’t return it and only pay for the amount of time I’ve tried to use it. We’ve only used the machine maybe 3 times and it is not as great as it’s hyped up to be nor the attachments it comes with. Each time these payments come out automatically interferes with other important bills such as lights, food (for those who are not getting food stamps) and etc. Why are we forced to pay for something that doesn’t work properly?

There is no way to contact customer service from your website even though it says Customer Service right there on the front and only page of it. There seems to be absolutely no way of figuring out where you stand as in your current balance etc. I wish I had never signed that contract. No telling how much I'll end up paying for this thing and I should have just bought a Dyson for the same quality and lower price.

if i could give them negative stars I would. first off, the planned payment that I arranged was not held up. I blame RAINBOW for their failure to set up the arrangement properly from the beginning. but the problem is, no one at this company knows how to work their own website. I had to speak with about 10 different reps that could not help me submit a payment. I had to report it to their IT department and send a email expressing my frustrations. finally, they fixed the issue but no one ever called and told me the problem was resolved. thankfully, i was able to figure it out on my own. I had to call and make payments over the phone for over 3 months because no one would address the issue. they said they would note my account and report the problem to supervisors but once I called back it was as if i never called. I will NEVER do business with this company again.I would caution anyone that plans to buy a rainbow and finance with this company. :(

HORRIBLE!!! Will never do business with them again. Having previously worked at a finance company myself, the way Belmont conducts business is a joke.I purchased a Rainbow vacuum and had issues with this company from the beginning. One example being that they double dipped my payment one month even though I was not nor had never been late and wouldn’t refund one of the payments, only offered to extend the due date… which only makes sense to begin with when 2 payments are made so, definitely appreciate the efforts there. I should of known better than to NOT do my research prior to but, lesson learned.

Very rude customer service. Paid my balance with their 3rd party company and they are still reporting a balance on my credit report with missed payments. I will be seeking litigation!

UPDATED REVIEW...They WILL literally ROB you blind! We had to put a block up against them on our bank account because they kept taking hundreds out of our account and when confronted about it, they come up with every excuse possible. Our bank has even said they are liars and that everything Belmont has told us they have done is false. There is also a MAJOR communication lack between their employees. If you are thinking about working with this company... RUN!!! THEIR screw up has caused us to become so behind and don't even think they will fix THEIR screw ups because they surely will not! I don't understand how this company is even still in business!!!!As soon as we get our stuff paid off, we will NEVER work with these people again nor will we be referring them to anyone!!! Calling them is a complete waste of time!!

They do not tell you that the account accumulates daily interest nor was a contract received, so a $2k item will be well over 5 grand if it is ever paid off, and the company response is cya we were never told terms which was told to a rep during the call nor did we admit to receiving a contract we said several times, not one of the 3 people on the day of purchase provided terms nor a contract
