I had a large transaction and the banker put it in the wrong account. I was told they could fix it and it would be like it never happened. Well they lied now I'm up a creek without a paddle. All I got was a story we were wrong. Bank is awesome but I can't say this location is. I'd advise going to a different branch

The helpful and cheerful person at the counter was able to quickly resolve my issue I had accidentally brought upon myself the day before when traveling back from another state.This situation wasn't solvable over the phone the night before with many abrupt bounces and being put on hold, but luckily the fifth telephone rep advised me to show up in person. And in the end it worked out great.

0 Stars. I had to give them a 1 star rating to post this but they don't even deserve it. Terrible customer service. I started my account before it was BMO, when it was still M&I Bank and I should of left when it changed. I closed my account March 9th but guess what? THEY DIDN'T CLOSE IT and are charging me crazy fees. After 10 years, you'd think the guy would of asked why I was closing my account but nope just slid some papers across the desk and hurried me out of his office. I have had a few issues over the years but nothing to truly complain about until now. Now I not only have to pay these fees but I have to go back to the bank and close my account....again.

Phenomenal customer service. The employees are always going the extra mile. It feels like a family atmosphere here.
