I hate digital coupons!!! Why not give all customers that price! instead of having them fumble around with their telephone inside the store? Tried today to get $3 off on their American greeting cards.. ended up putting the cards back on the shelf. No-go on the digital coupon experience.. I find that digital coupons do nothing but raise my blood pressure.. not worth it!!!!!

Place is never stocked, and if you go here after about 7pm all of the checkout lanes will be closed so you're forced to use self checkout

They have a large selection but the prices change from the shelf to the register. I you don't catch it, it adds up quickly. Very unethical way to run a business.

Digital coupons are a huge burden. My wife refuses to use them. About 90% of the time I have tell them at the checkout what the Digital price is. As the phone to checkout link doesn’t work. If it does work the effort to scan code etc. Is a great inconvenience. Not easy to shop here & I only purchase items on sale or that I can't get at Aldi or Save-A-Lot.

The self checkouts suck. How are you supposed to check out a cart full of groceries. Where do you place them??? Only self check out lanes open. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was at Metro this evening 15th of October. I stopped to pick up a prescription while I was there I picked up some Kroger Brand hot dog buns. I have to say these are some of the worst buns I've ever had I went to open them up and they literally fell apart. They were so dry and tasteless I will never buy any bread products from this store again with Kroger's name on it. I don't know if you'll post this or not because it's not a very positive look at your product but the Kroger brand is a very low rated brand and frankly I'll never buy it again

I gave it 4stars because it's bigger more selection in our opinion then our small town store. We use self checkouts since you do it yourself rather then wait in line at checkouts. So what's different at this store is the coupons you scan yourself and there's a spot to put them in when done. I scanned all my coupons put them, all, in the slot one didn't scan right and the self checkout cashier who are there if needed was upset, what! I wasn't at all happy with her attitude!

Mediocre customer service. Fuel points scam only works half the time. Just another company that can function because people need groceries.

Great local market. Self checkout lanes on both sides of the store make it easy to get in and out. Produce is consistently average, but never bad. Check out the artisan cheese selection just past the bakery.
