Walk ins welcome. They were literally the only place that I could get into on a Saturday afternoon. Everywhere else I went was either closed or booked. Understandably so. But it was nice that Costco cutters was able to squeeze my son in so that he was prepared for the event he had that evening. Only about a 30 minute wait. Affordable comparable to other places. Did a good job on the haircut too.

Cost Cutters at Crossroads Common in Plover WI.
The salon was neat and clean as were any of the employees I observed.
Pleasant atmosphere.
I had my hair done by Heaven Ladecki. The reason I chose to have Heaven do my hair is because she has a reputation of being able satisfy customers with unmanageable hair. After 4+ years of not trusting anyone to cut my hair I decided to give this person a try.
First of all, I almost fell asleep when she was washing my hair. She talked to me about what I was hoping for.
Snip, snip, snip and she was done.
Great job!! Thank you!!!
Hair type: Middle of back length. Unmanageable.

Had my hair cut about six weeks ago. Heaven was amazing! She will be the only one to cut my hair from now on
Requested style: Short medium cut just a little below my ears.
Stylist: Heaven was my stylist! She is amazing and the only one I will allow to cut my hair.

Don't make an appointment online! Apparently it doesn't mean anything you would be better off to just walk in. SMH this notice needs to be posted on the site so people can make an informed decision. I showed up on time only to learn I had to wait for walk in's. I made the appointment for a certain time for a reason! Heaven did a great job with my trim though !

This is the second time we've been to cost cutters. The first time was about three years ago. The girl did an ok haircut for my son, although once we got home I noticed that the back was not blended well and looks choppy but her demeaner towards my kids was less than stellar. If you don't like kids, let someone else who does cut their hair. She even scolded him for playing with the salon chair when we were done. He was not being rough and she was very rude about it. You can ask a child to stop in a gentle way, especially when his mom (me) was standing right there. I guess you can't expect much better inside of a Walmart.

It was awful! I asked for a slide cut along my face and she used a razor tool (which is fine). But after it looked like i had all different lengths of hair around my face! It was horrible. I had to go home and try to salvage it myself. Note to hair cutters: if you don’t know the cut, DONT PRETEND YOU DO AND MESS IT UP! Never again. I only go 2 times a year so I’m going to an Aveda salon from now on!!!!!!

You get what you pay for. They always do an excellent job on my young children but they rush through mine. I normally tip 80-100% because I know they're not making much and I only go here if I'm desperate. When scheduling online you can only schedule a regular cut, not a style afterwards or a wash or any other services. They also don't let you add them on after you've shown up which is weird because you'd think they'd want to make money but I guess not.
