Would not recommend. They will sell you an extremely over priced mattress claiming it's the last one you will ever need to buy because of their great warranty. But then won't honor the warranty if you removed original tag from the mattress.

Can't express how great of service we received yesterday in Plover, we had been to many other places looking for a new stove and fridge , Couldn't get the time of day from the salespeople,ended up with you. The best part was the salesman Chris Ladwig. How nice to have a salesman who knows the products, answered our questions, and take the time to work with us. Thanks Chris you made our day. This is what brings us back to this store for all our furniture needs.

We purchased all new LG kitchen appliances from Furniture and Appliance Mart 3 years ago. We also purchased the 10 year warranty from them. About 3 months ago our fridge and freezer stopped cooling. We were advised that there was a recall on the coolant system. They have been out 4 times to fix it and the refrigerator is still not cooling, the coldest it is getting is 61 degrees. They have replaced some parts multiple times. We are very upset that this is not getting fixed! How many times do they need to come out to fix it before it is decided that we should be given a new one? We will not be making any more purchases at this store. They definitely need to work on their customer service. I’ve seen many more reviews from customers regarding the same thing.

We were helped directly after entering the store, and bought a full living room set with warranty. Which paid off, with my kids staining the couch with their lunchtime snacks. They were easy to naviagate and next thing I knew we had a service technician out to fix our couch and get rid of the stains.

We purchased a sectional, we noticed issues with it very next morning, called the sales person, she said she would call right back, she never did, I called back, she used long weekend as an excuse and said it is beyond the return window, “we can’t do anything you just have to deal with service department”Stay away from this store as much as possible. They are nice and friendly until they take your $$ then do not provide any service or care.

I ordered custom leather furniture. It was delivered to my homeon November 17, 2022. The delivery guy brought the couch intomy home and said there was a rip on the arm of the couch. Hesaid it looked like a box cutter had done it. He said he hadalready filed the claim and someone from Customer Care wouldbe contacting me. The delivery guy had done all of this PRIOR tobringing it in my home as he knew it was ripped. I believe he didnot want to deal with it since I was the first delivery of the day,they would have had to move the couch again and again. He alsoknew the store policy meant I could not get a new couch. I wasvery upset as this was an almost $7,000.00 purchase. I did notwait but instead called them myself. They said store policy is thatonce in my home they will not replace it. I had to have it repaired.The next day, November 18, 2022 I received a call saying theyhad ordered a leather piece to reupholster the entire arm and itwould be 3 to 4 weeks. I waited until January 2, 2023 to call foran update due to holidays. No one was available to talk to me. Icalled again on January 13, 2023 and told no manager wasavailable but still another 4 weeks. Since then I have continued tocall and now being told 8 to 10 weeks. The guy, Cody, said due toChinese New Year, then it was supply and demand. I continue toexpress my concern that no fault of mine that the couch CAMEripped but I cannot get a new couch or even get it reupholstered.Do not let them bring any furniture in the house with out inspecting it first!! I suggest you go to another furniture store.

We had a great experience when we were looking for a new mattress. I never knew there were so many options it was overwhelming. Thankfully the staff was very knowledgeable and patient with us. They helped us choose the best mattress for us. We learned that what we thought we wanted wasn’t what we needed. We are very happy with our new mattress.

It all started in November with our furniture not arriving on our scheduled delivery date, with no warning. We had just sold our old furniture, so had a week with no furniture in the living room until they sorted it out. Then, the sectional we received had a broken frame and a huge gash in the back fabric. I called immediately, spoke with someone who said they would call me back, but never received a call back. I contacted back multiple times (through Ashley Furniture and ApplianceMart), but it was over a week before I got ahold of someone. A service tech was scheduled to come out and he confirmed that it appeared a forklift had gone through our sectional. A couple weeks later, our sectional was replaced, but this one has an issue with the left corner sinking several inches - it is uncomfortable and an eye sore. After reaching out to them many, many times again, I didn’t hear back until I mentioned I was considering filing a complaint with the BBB - which it appears, many people have. They sent out a tech again - he tightened things up on the inside and had me sit on the couch, which was a bit better. He then told me that I shouldn’t sit in the very corner of the couch anyway, I should sit in the middle of the cushion so that it wears evenly. In the weeks that have passed now, that corner has sunk again even though we hardly sit there. However, I do not want to go through the misery of having to contact this company again. Every time, I have contacted multiple times by multiple avenues, with no response the first several times. We also requested multiple times to not have them call my husband’s phone, unless necessary - I had him listed as a secondary contact on the order form. However, they never took the time to fix even that mistake. He received every phone call, ignoring our requests of which number to call. I work in customer service, so try to be extra patient - but this has been the worst customer service experience of my life. After receiving two broken sectionals, we have received no compensation for all of our time wasted, or the busted couch we’re stuck with that I’m going to have to figure out how to fix myself. I highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague.
