“This location is well maintained and kept clean. Some PF locations show their wear n tear and don't keep up with cleaning. This location does and members wipe down the equipment after use. Busy at times, but never overcrowded. With the BlackCard membership, you have nationwide access to PF gyms and can see how they vary. I appreciate this Plover location.”

“I joined FIRE 2 months ago after being inspired by friends who have made some amazing transformations. I was encouraged to just at least go check it out & here I am 2 months later looking forward to my morning workouts. They are not easy workouts & Max is always there pushing you to do your best or handing you heavier weights because he knows I can do more ?. Having someone to push me is what I needed. I wasn’t sure about group workouts, but it has been an amazing experience. To all those that I get to workout with in the morning, thanks for the encouragement. Both Max & Shelia have been extremely supportive & helpful with everything from proper lifting techniques to nutrition. They are very knowledgeable and you can tell take pride in helping people reach their goals. Thanks FIRE!”
