I believe it was competition and improved management that changed that dramatically. When approached for help finding an item, now associates will walk with you to locate it. The website is quick and helpful in searching and comparing products and lets customers know how many are in stock. Prices are generally better than competitors' and 11% off is now very clearly described as a mail in rebate with a year to submit.”
