When I opened my checking account I was told I had free overdraft protection, forgot that there was a $5 minimum on my account and wrote a check that took my balance slightly below $5 and was charged a $10 overdraft fee. They charge members a fee for an HSA when most other banks don't. They won't even give you a debit card for your HSA and make you use paper checks. So far behind on technology. There is very little you can do online when other banks let you entirely handle your accounts online or through a mobile app and have remote check deposit. So frustrated waiting for this bank to get out of the stone age. Looking into switching banks entirely.

I always enjoy the few visits I make. Don't recognize any of the tellers, but that's okay. Everyone is always friendly.

Very horrible at returning or answer phone calls. They jus drop them to voicemail and don't call back

My exp here is great so far and they help me out when i had questions to ask. I like this credit union because their is no fee for the checking act and savings.

The staff I interacted with to set up my accounts were rude and impatient. The online banking is difficult to sign up for, the phone on Saturday during business hours is never answered and eventually just hangs up, and the ease of access to your account is next to non-existent, and they are hard to work with if anything happens with your account. I would not recommend Members' Advantage.

I like this credit union they help you out when you have ?. I am very happy with this place. I am planning to stay here for a long time while i live in this area. I would recom this place to anyone in plover look for low fees on CH and SAVING ACTS.
