Very rude & disrespectful. I called Ahead and asked what it would cost for a color change for gel, nail polish for my toes and my finger nails. I also asked how much it would cost to have a flower design. I was told $5 to do one design per hand & as they explained it as an example it would be $5 for a design on each ring finger, but if I wanted jewels it would cost more. They said it would $65 for what I wanted so I made an appointment. I got there & the man acted like I never called. He denied talking with me & giving any pricing to me. He had a lady come to me for pricing. She asked if they are my real nails. I said yes. All I need is a gel color change & flower design. She told me I have acrylic nails & need powder refilled. I’ve NEVER had acrylic nails. She wanted to charge me for a “powder nail refill” on my natural nails. And charge me extra $ for that & she said it would be $10 for a design. It’s no wonder only 1 person was in the salon! I walked out and went down the road to Royal House of Polish and got my nails done by kind & honest people. They showed care & professional expertise. And they even agreed my nails were natural & not acrylic. They didn’t try to get more $ out of me or anything. Best salon of been to. Highly recommend going there & they actually had several customers in there not just 1 like this place. If I could give a negative 10 to pro nails I would. And if you who reads this does go there make sure you get pricing before you get your nails done because they are not honest at all!

I had my nails done for vaca- just gel polish on my nails. It lasted for 3 days then began to bubble up by my cuticals and would get caught on my hair and snagged on things. I had to peel the bubble part off which created more snagging. Now my nails look like crap and I'm sure I'll have to pay to have the rest removed. Won't be doing this again.

Really bad shaping, i asked for oval and they laughed at me and told me to get almond then continued to give me really sharp nails. They were trying to get me to get a design and weren't leaving me alone. They were rude to my neice and me.

I went in to make an appointment in March, I prefaced that I’d never gotten my nails done and that I was nervous to do so, but that I was looking for a nail tech/artist I could come back to regularly.
I gave them a reference image for a simple blush nail set, instead of discussing with me options or showing me colours to decide from they all passed the image amongst different employees and we’re discussing it - eventually I just said to do a nude and even then they had a difficult time getting a colour but only showed me a few option and during this allowed other guests to look through all of the options they had on little sample pallets.
Other than that, as soon as I set my arms on the table they were covered with nail debris from the previous client- powder and chunks of nail clippings. I was very grossed out but just wiped it off and trusted the process- I felt I was already here and didn’t want to waste their time or be rude so I stayed. He made every one of my fingers bleed by getting the glue and nail tip stuck to my skin and ripped them all off to separate the two, didn’t stop to ask if something was wrong until the last two and I said that he was hurting me. Other clients got up to wash their hands before a final coat, which I know is standard, but when it got to the clear coat for me he simply asked if I wanted them shiny like I initially said before we started and he painted right over the dusty nail. So the end result looked “glittery” or speckled with the dust fragments. The colour was awful, they were uneven, and as stated before— every finger had minor open wound caused by him tearing the glue and my skin apart.
If I had the courage, I would have gone back and asked for a refund or to get them off as soon as I had seen the end result or both. I will never go here again and will never recommend anyone else to do so with the lack of hygiene, communication, and care during my appointment. I want to get my nails done again by another tech, but honestly this has traumatized me so much I’m terrified to go anywhere at all again.
Update to reply to the owner who left a comment: you don’t have record because I did not come back after and was too nervous. In what way would you record this ? My appointment was in March, I have the date in my financial bookings and calendar. It was a very dusty surface when I rested my arms. They didn’t have me wash my hands nearing the end of the service after shaping and went right over with a clear coat on top of the dust. I was very confused at that when the client next to me got up to do so with her artist. I felt uncomfortable and was very unhappy with the outcome. I did not want to say anything at the time, I was too anxious—especially because no one talked to me directly, they talked amongst themselves and didn’t make a very inviting environment. One time I was spoken to was when, as I was wincing when they were removing the glue from sticking to my skin on the last few nails the tech had asked if everything was okay and I said he was hurting me then did nothing different nor did he apologize or ask if there was something that could be done. The surface was indeed unclean, if it was clean wouldn’t have had to lift my arms to wipe dust and nail clippings off that were sticking to me. I really wanted to enjoy my experience, as I stated when I made the appointment I heard good things about this salon and wanted to connect with a nail artist who I could return to. Now I am too nervous to go anywhere at all.

Everyone is nice except this one dude he was super rude and yelled at me as he was doing my nails and embarrassed mrI will never have him do my nails again if I can't see someone else I'm not getting my nails done here again

I love this place! The owner and employees are so nice! I brought in a group and we lots of fun and great conversations. My nails are perfect! A very clean establishment. Everyone left happy and we can’t wait to go back!!

I have two beautiful friends who invited me to get a pedicure with them…. It’s been roughly 3 years since my last and it was also my first time getting a pedicure. Most guys don’t usually get either a pedicure or a manicure, however THEY SHOULD! It’s not only good for your health, but a well groomed man is a hard man to find…. ???Know that you don’t have to get nail polish on them, as I did though, only for a laugh. ??.The staff at PRO NAIL were great and did an EXCELLENT JOB!!??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service! The staff knows regulars by name and are so personable, asking about you and your family. They want to make sure their customers are happy with the results and if for some reason you're not then they are more than happy to fix it even within that week. Highly recommend Pro nails.

i got a manicure and accidentally asked for a pedicure with extensions and they fit me in for what i wanted they did beautiful work as well. They had a good vibe in there, they had some candles going so it smelt great in there.

Wonderful experience here this evening. Everyone was very welcoming and my nails look phenomenal! The woman who did my nails worked very quickly, while also taking great care.
