Outstanding service!
We were brought in on a flatbed after having a blowout on 39. With no notice at all and a shop full of bikes, Jason dropped everything to ensure that we were taken care of with high priority. They were quick, thorough and reasonable. I’m 3 1/2 hours out and would not hesitate to bring my bike here for service (It’s a nice ride from the O’Hare area)

As a first time motorcycle rider I wasn't sure where to go to get tires for my bike and to find quality and personal service is almost impossible these days. I was extremely impressed when I drove up to S&M to check it out. My daughter and I were on a trip with my Ultra pulling a trailer when my back tire went flat. Called S&M a half hour before closing and explained my dilemma to Jason. He immediately dropped everything, called a bunch of people to locate a trailer, then picked us up and repaired my bike. I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful and even more, how reasonable his pricing was. I only wished he was closer to my home so I could use him for all my repairs and maintenance.Highly recommended.Thanks again Jason.Service: Tires
