I go to Kohls in Plover every week. Personally I love the store. I prefer to shop local. The employees are wonderful. The store layout and displays are well thought out and I love the merchandise. What I do NOT love is the fact that the store appears spotless everywhere BUT the changing rooms. They are disgusting. I see employees in and out whenever I am there so this leads me to believe someone else is tasked with cleaning the floors and mirrors in there but the employees we see. Regardless, when I tried some garments on both yesterday and last week, they were disgusting both times. I took a video of the floors because it was so sick nasty. Walking through, all of the rooms were this way. That much dust and dust bunnies and hair do not form in just a few weeks. These have not been clean or sanitized for a very long time. I am completely disgusted. I will be contacting the store Manager in the morning about this as well.

I really wish I would have caught the gals name who helped me. After an unpleasant experience at Ulta across the street, your staff was super helpful and made sure I left the store with what I needed and felt much better. They answered my questions and listened to my hair concerns. Although you didn’t have my normal shampoo, I was able to find one that will hopefully work. Thank you.

Went to Sephora the other day and the employee was very nice. Greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance or help with looking for anything particular.Excited for this new Sephora opening in town, I no longer have to order online and wait for it to come in the mail! They have lots of goods here, bigger than what I had expected!

They have great customer services. No problems there. The only problem I came across during my visit was that there was no left Twix bars. Normally this wouldn't be a problem for me but in the state this society is in, I feel that kohls should be making an effort to stop racism. Thanks.

Tried to use the Amazon drop-off, but they wouldn't take it, even though I had the QR symbol printed out. The man ahead of me had an item to return, with shipping label printed out, and they wouldn't take his either. Don't bother as it's a waste of time. I asked the woman why not, and she just said they don't take a lot of third-party stuff. My item was an Amazon Dot, which I don't think would qualify as third-party.

I went here good purchase but Pam needs to calm down she freaked out on one of her workers for no reason. There was even a girl that was crippled and she was being rude... Who does she think she is, maybe cut some more slack.
