They don't deliver to PO boxes.
They do however accept packages addressed to PO boxes and return them to sender for you.
Complete waste of time.

Seriously Zero stars. Case was ready on 2/26/24 and to be delivered by 2/28/24 by 10am. so disappointed in their lack of understanding and the need to deliver by a certain time for a patient. will not use again.

First time I shipped something out there were no problems. Second time there was some difficulties and when asking for assistance the person was passive aggressive when tryin to check on tracking ' why call now if delivered on xxxx date'. Besides that, all over alright experience and fair price.

Amazing customer service. My favorite place to ship packages for my business and personal gifts. They will take heavy irregular items also. They are the fastest and least expensive but they don't go to the whole country. I wish they would expand their service.

Sent an envelope (8 1/2 x 11 size) to my daughter -- she never got it. Driver said he left it leaned up against the building/door. Daughter lives in a large apartment complex about 25-30 buildings. All deliveries go to a mailroom -- by the gate/entrance to the complex (USPS, FedEx, UPS and previous Speedee deliveries all seem to know where this is but not this guy). Who leaves a letter leaned up outside a large apartment building -- that isnot what I call delivering. I would rate as no stars if possible -- use this service only if you want to waste your money!!!!!!

It was a decent job for some nice cash. nearly 20$ for loading and unloading boxes. Very simple and easy to understand. What makes it a poor place to work is the management and the environment. I was a warehouse worker and we had multiple issues with the assistant manager and another employee involving favoritism and firing of people who were said to have been "harassing". Around 6 employees went to the HR and higher ups to address the situation and it was shot down as lies and just made up. The drivers trucks are poorly upkept and always breaking down, they will say you have 6-8 hour days but frequently had days where we would work from 10pm- 5am without any breaks.

I have shipped valuable antique Lionel trains. They ALWAYS arrived safe and on-time. I also shipped confidential tax info to relatives. The items always arrived in tact and on time. If Spee-Dee ships to the area I am sending to, I ALWAYS use them. Great company.

Absolutely horrible company, I had and item shipped from Minnesota to Wisconsin, had it wrapped in shrink wrap than wrapped in cardboard than wrapped in another layer of shrink wrap. The package showed up with only one layer of shrink wrap, no card board or anything. Item was completely destroyed and completely scratched so bad it looked like it was drug behind the back of a truck. very poor customer service, after multiple attempts to get ahold of someone no one would call me back , finally after getting ahold of some one, they would not do anything about It. If you want your package completely destroyed this is the place!!!
