Disappointed because i paid for gold car wash option… wash was done put suddenly the wash screen seemed to glitch and after waiting for it to go on “drive forward” or for the countdown screen to turn on up front , i decided to drive hoping the air dryer would automatically possibly turn on but it didnt. Waste of money because now all the debris outside will stick to my vehicle. Wish there was a number or something to get a hold of someone and possibly get a refund

As a gold unlimited plan member, I am growing increasingly dissatisfied with the service, which I have come to regard as a gold unlimited disappointment plan. Despite visiting the car wash three times in one day, my vehicle remained dirty. On another occasion, I went through the wash cycle six times, and although it appeared shiny from a distance, upon closer inspection, it was still plagued by bugs and dirt. I am beginning to question whether the cost is justified, particularly given the frequent downtime of the stalls and the subpar performance of the blowers. Currently, I am at the car wash, undergoing my eighth washing cycle, and I continue to find dust and bugs on my vehicle. Perhaps it is time to reconsider this membership and explore alternative options, such as a Kwik Trip touchless wash. Would probably be better off buying a monthly subscription from the chemical guys and actually washing it at home instead at this point

Have tried the regular car wash a few times, my car is still dirty after the wash. Today tried the self serve car wash, I don’t know enough to compare but a quarter for 15 seconds seems like a lot, especially when it took over a minute for the soapy brush to actually give soap. Then tried to use the vacuums, $2 to start, first one didn’t work, so went to another one and the quarters got stuck in there and the coin return didn’t work, so we went to Kwik trip where the vacuums are half price and actually worked.

Normally a good wash, today my truck was covered with salt, and I purchased the top wash. Got home, and there was still a white film on my truck.

This always steals your quarters in the vaccums , and sometimes the vaccums dont work 🤦🏽♀️ i don’t recommend but works okay for car wash

Should be able to have 2nd car on plan without $14.00;extra as wash your car maybe once a week and as of mid June its not cleaning as well.

Change machine never works, and the self-serve equipment is sub-par. Wish the owners would put a little more interest in upkeep.

None of the four vacuums at the Plover Road location work and haven’t in months. QR code scans ‘success’ on the app, and counts as a vacuum use. These vacuums do not turn on nor simulate the coin intake. I’ve inquired previously, to no avail.

Do it your self and open 24-7 is a plus. Needs upkeep. Otherwise, not too bad.
