I walked in here to purchase chips and milk. when we got to the cashier the lady named linda was very rude. she asked if I was 18 then proceeded to say my little brother was under 18 and that we should not be out past curfew. This has happened multiple times and quite frankly it’s not in her job title to ask this question. #firelinda

Linda decided to take it upon her self to question if I was 18 and if I was supposed to be out after curfew that is not part of her job description I walked in went to the milk got my milk looked at then snacks then checked out I was not disrespectful to the store at all I just wanted my snacks.

Always excellent service and helpful and friendly service. Several times I was in need of boxes and they saved egg boxes and banana boxes for me. Kwik Trip Corporate even supported a project by providing gift cards to purchase lunches for 50 children being cared for during a ladies event.

Went to Kwik Trip on Jan 1st and bought a half gallon bag of chocolate milk and forgot to check the expiration date as I've drank out of date sour chocolate milk 3 times before. I forgot to check the date at store, went home and looked and was 3 days pass the use by date. I went back a few hours later and told clerk that the chocolate milk is out of date. The clerk offered me a soda, I said no that's ok I'm going to get chocolate milk in the half gallon plastic which the date was good. I get up to the counter and not only did I not get refunded I had to pay for the chocolate milk I was replacing. COME ON KWIK TRIP IS THAT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS? There was a line behind me and I didn't want to go rounds so I paid for it. I shouldn't have to say something about refunding or giving me a new one. If this was the 1at time I would understand but number 4, this is ridiculous. You guys need to figure out how to check dates, it's not like it was the day of or even the next day. Very disappointed in Kwik trip.
