Management at this store are awful, they treat their employees like crap, the HR manager Lea is one of the most awful hateful disgusting people I've interacted with and I left the store disheartened by the treatment I saw the staff getting. Lea should move to the mountains and never subject society to her existence and this store should be shut down . The product at this store is subpar, the bakery used to be good but went down hill a number of months ago, the deli is severely lacking, the produce is wilted and looks like it's days past the time it should have been tossed and the whole store smells like a dumpster

My boyfriend and I stopped for some groceries as well as our meal for the evening. We picked up Buffalo chicken kabobs and realized the package was leaking. They offered a new package and we decided it was fine seeing as we would be eating them tonight. The gentleman took the package (after it was scanned) as the young lady was checking us out. To my boyfriend and I’s knowledge, the gentleman had placed the item with our other items. When we got home we realized the item was not with our other belongings. Because we do not live near the Plymouth location, I called and asked if we could be emailed or mailed a coupon for that amount. The lady I spoke with on the phone said they do not do that type of thing. I’m greatly disappointed that I didn’t receive my item that I was charged for and was told I would have to come back to get it tonight or tomorrow. I’ve been going to pick n saves my entire life and this really upset me that they couldn’t give me an emailed or mailed coupon. I was jipped out of my dinner tonight as well as the money I spent on the food I didn’t even get. I will not shop here again.

Haven't been in the store in many months. But why should I when I can order online and they bring it out. Employees that bring out your order are always pleasant. Orders are correct. Please don't get rid of this service.

Bad celery rotten and ate some before I took out a really rotten stick.went to the store with it asked what there policy was and they said give me another or money back. The food I put it in had to be thrown away.

they're refusing to return change back. if you don't have the store card you eat the loss. Again the consumer pays for a poor choice the company made. there is no coin shortage. stop feeding into this paranoia covid crap. take your business to any of the other local grocery stores.

The Pick N Save bakery did all of our donuts for our wedding. They were very accommodating and flexible with what kind of donuts we wanted. I had to have someone else pick them up on the morning of the wedding and they had no issues. I would highly recommend - we received many compliments on quality and variety of donuts.

Used to enjoy the Breyers Ice Cream made with almond milk. Then they stopped carrying it (I have problems with lactose intolerance and gluten.) Went to the manager and complained. He said he didn't care about my problems. They were just going to stop selling it. Thanks alot! Ed G.

Many prices are cheaper than Walmart! Now Open to 11pm every night. I've tried to change the hours and Google to 11 p.m. for the closing time but they won't do it for some reason?

Like one person said before...not enough cashing. You can get you'll wait at least 5 mins to checkout. If you only have a couple items ..the express lane is never open. Staff looks overworked and tired and I don't blame them with that turnover rate...also to expensive...Kroger hiked prices even higher...this store won't last long.

I witnessed a customer picking out buns with barehands while people from deli talked with him. Then I saw older gentleman with curled mustache bring a croissant from the back with a barehand and put it in the display case. Clearly food standards are not taken seriously here. Very Poor service, more than one staff member was rude when asking for help, I had a woman from deli talk towards me with an attitude when asking about a potato salad difference. The only person who i had a pleasant experience with was the cashier. There are other stores in plymouth to shop from and that is where ill be taking my business from now on.
