Went to this place to get a new battery for our car. Walked in, no other customers were there so they were not seemingly busy. I told the man behind the counter what I needed. He explained that he had one in stock that would fit, told me the price and all was fine. I then asked if they could install it for me as I had the car right outside the store. The man began to yell at me about how he was on medical restrictions and the other guy there was not able to install either for medical reasons. Both of these reasons, are understandable and I wouldn't have complained about, but what I didn't understand was why I was being yelled at. I asked him why he was yelling at me and he told me I was being defensive. Not at all the case. I was only defensive once I was being yelled at for absolutely no reason at all. I told him I won't bother him anymore and was taking my business elsewhere. I will never go to this business again and cannot recommend them to anyone. I am in customer service myself and would NEVER yell at a customer for any reason.

Had to make a trip to an auto store after my driver side wiper blade broke while driving. Nathan who worked the counter was kind enough to go out in downpour and put my new blade on!! Thanks a bunch for your kindness!!

Whoever is working there this morning (March 24, 2022) could not have been more unfriendly and more unwelcoming! I don't understand why people who work in customer service can Be so downright inhospitable! Really sorry to have interrupted your morning since your store was so busy with customers! After all we were the only ones there looking for a little help! You can go home and go back to sleep now instead of dealing with the public!
