Too often when I go to Culver's the burgers are cold, but not today

I frequently dine at the Culver's in Port Washington, Wisconsin. I've had little to no issues in the past however, lately my service has been horrendous. The struggle has recently come from a particular employee. I won't disclose names unless requested but she has a Mexican/Brazilian accent. She's nice at first but super strict and Every time I order food whem she is the order taker, my food comes out incorrect and she will argue with me and other people about how THEY are in the wrong and should have ordered it differently. She gives no compensation for the error or lost time and entirely blames me and others I've seen for the problem. She has also argued with me and a friend of mine about coupons and almost refusing to take them. Claiming they are "fake" or "expired" when they are well within the date and NOT actually expired. I've kept quiet for some time on this matter and it's happened far too many times with no resolve. I, along with several people i know will no longer be giving this location any of our business or recommending the restaurant to anyone else in the future. It sucks because this was always a TOP favorite of mine. But the service quality and treatment from this particular employee makes visits unbearable.

I want to say about 90% of the time there has been good service. The other 10% though I was there during lunch and admittedly it was super busy, however after seeing 2 people get their order taken in the drive thru and be told "Sir, you have to wait," and then shouted at, "WE'RE EXTREMELY BUSY SIR." I had no choice but to say, "I'll make your day easier." And left their parking lot. I went to another fast food place immediately after. The other time wasn't as "serious" but still left me disappointed in that I had ordered multiple sides and only received one.Great food, literally top notch. And again, it was just those two times out of many, many others that I took issue and is why I'm only giving 4/5 stars.

So we were wanting to go somewhere and eat and we all decided on Culver’s.We were ordering our food and sat down happy to eat. We were waiting for about 1 hour and we got our food but they still didn’t have all of it. We were eating and realized that it was either burnt or not cooked all the way. We ate our food and I wanted ice cream, I walked up and asked what the wait time was and he said to long. I was surprised when about 5 minutes later they were making other people custard. This was not good managing and all the other people were mad to. We will not be coming back here ever again.

Had to wait 30 minutes to get my food, and my order was wrong. My deluxe double butter burger was burnt. And was missing the tomato and onion and whatever else that's supposed to make it deluxe. They have a ton of workers, but they all seem to be in a daze and moving in slow motion.

Always clean, friendly staff, and some of the better "fast food".Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns are a great option for our gluten sensitive family members.

Fast, fresh, and delicious! Use a coupon, they can be found in your "junk" mail!Remember they are cooking it fresh, and be patient with them! It's worth the wait, I promise!

What is happening to Port Culver’s. Used to love their foods and service. But the last couple months they have gone down hill. Last time the burgers were bad and it takes way too long to get your food. I know it’s hard to get help nowadays but today we ordered 2 concrete mixers and after waiting 25 minutes we drove back to the window and the said they didn’t have any one to take the food out. You had 3 people standing by the window but nobody to take the food out. I think it’s time to get some manager there that knows what is going on or get a new one. I tried to call when waiting but the phone was always busy or off the hook. If the owner reads this make some improvements you are losing customers.

It took a 1/2 hour for order for a chili Supreme and they forgot the sour cream. I suggest you have an adult working and keep the team from talking, may I dare do their job. Truly disappointed with service.

Amazing experience!!! Clean restaurant with great food and smiling faces! They have a sit down restaurant quality both in food and service. Someone even came and bused my table as i finished eating. Highly recommend!
