I had a large dent in my bumper from hitting a traffic barrel (it was laying sideways in the roadway) so I went to get an estimate. They took the time to pop out the dent. The gentleman used his torch and heated the bumper so he could get the dent out. He even polished my bumper. Great customer service and great people. He didn't charge me for this minimal service, but I can assure I will tell all my friends and family that need collision repair that Kaliber is the place you want to go. They went above and beyond. Anytime I need service I will be returning there. They also clean headlights if you need this service check them out.

I arranged to have my car repaired in August and was told I would get a call from them once the part arrived. I called in September and again in October to see if there was any update. I was told they would get back to me. It's now December, and they have yet to get back to me. If they cannot repair it, it would be more professional to state that rather than give someone the runaround.

Took my car here after an attempted theft. The service was outstanding! Everyone was very kind,kept me updated and answered all questions I had about the process. They fixed my car faster than I expected and I was extremely pleased with the customer service.

If I could give 20 ⭐️’s I would! When two local shops made excuses about finding parts because “Honda parts are too hard to find,” the team at Kaliber took in my totaled Honda. I’ve received MANY compliments about how nice the car looks after Kaliber repaired it. Well done, guys. I HIGHLY recommend them. There is not a better shop in the area!
