Rip off. Don’t buy anything from them. Stepson bought an suv and 1week later had a coolant leak. Transmission went out a month after he bought it. Their warranty is they will pay 50% of the repairs price. They buy at car auctions. After buying the car the owner says now he can go to Vegas.

The onwer runs a scam operation; tricks customers into paying for repairs that are not needed. Customers stay way and beware!

This place will rip you off.. My girlfriend bought an suv far over priced and has been back and forth trying to pass emissions at least half a dozen. Was told 4 wheel drive works. First time I have had to use it and of course it doesn't work. Horrible customer service. Called to question why she was lied to and was called a punk and was hung up on.. I would avoid this dealer ship at all costs

This dealership sold my girlfriend an SUV that was way over priced for thr milage it came with almost 170000 on it. Which is one thing but after bringing it home check engine light comes on and can't pass the emissions test. The truck has been in and out of there shop half a dozen times from 02 sensors to thermostat as well as other issues. Not a huge deal but they should make sure these vehicles are solid before sale. But the real kicker is that we bought the vehicle a few months ago being told the 4 wheel drive works. Well wouldn't you know it. First time we need it and it doesn't work and was told there was nothing they could do since he thinks it was working when he tried it in the middle of summer. Horrible customer service I was told I am a punk this and that. Not a good look. I would avoid this dealership like the plague

Down to the brass tacks - Lighthouse does a fantastic job of fixing what you came there for, and letting you know what else may be off. No pressure to get work done; they'll tell you what's wrong, what you HAVE TO fix, and what you SHOULD fix - and how long you may be able to go without fixing it. No mansplaining, no BS. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I know people who have also bought cars from them, and they've had nothing but good things to say. The prices are pretty unbeatable, and it gets done right. Going somewhere else has become a gamble. I like knowing what I want is what I'm going to get.

I have had a lot of work done on all my vehicles by light house auto and they very personable, have reasonable cost an working with the client. I also appreciate that they do not talk down to clients as the explain what is wrong with the vehicle and help clients understand. I'm not an auto mechanic by any means but if I "try" to do it myself I have called light house explain what I have fixed and they always been nice and given me direction so thank u and I appreciate your services.

Terrible. Do NOT buy a car here. Unless you have thousands of dollars to throw away. Our car lasted a total of 6 months. AND we paid and additional $3000.00 in repairs at 3 months. We are out 1 $10,000.00 dollars thanks to Lighthouse auto.

Didn’t let us know the full extent of the vehicles issues. In hindsight in light of our conversation throughout buying process he knew exactly what was wrong with it. Long story short he cleared a code with his scanner from lighthouse automotive. Lucky for him it didn’t pop up on our test drive but did pop up 3 times on our way home. Timing chain and tensioner p0008...had we known we could’ve come to a fair agreement on a price or walked. This is who your dealing with, hopefully someone sees this and they know that.

I discovered a weird noise in the front end of my truck the evening prior to leaving on an out of town trip. I went to my normal mechanic to see if he was able to take a look at it, but he was unavailable to fit me in "for at least a week." He recommended stopping at LightHouse Auto Care. I stopped in while they were closing for the evening. I explained my situation to them and they accepted my vehicle for repair. I received a call the next morning with the diagnosis and repair estimate. The estimate they provided was at a fair/good price so I instructed them to start the work. Later that day I received another call from them informing me of the work that was completed and that my car was ready for pick up. I informed them that I was not readily available to pick my car up due to other commitments, and they worked out a solution that worked for both of us. The total transaction was quick, easy and at a very fair price. I would recommend this shop for future repairs.
