“Biggest surprise to find Dennis and Car Maid since moving to Cedarburg. Another repair shop referred me to Car Maid when I had a rusted/broken exhaust pipe next to the converter. At first, I was downcast when owner Dennis said he was booked up for 3 weeks. However, if I showed up early the next day, he might be able to fix it depending on the condition of the pipe. Bottom line: Dennis fixed it in 40 mts for $120. I am now a loyal customer.”

“Very helpful. The online booking tool has some bugs for sure: I booked an emissions test online for a Saturday, but they don’t actually conduct emissions testing on the weekend. Still, they helped me out even though they could’ve just turned me away. So I’d give them some grace on their booking issues - technology gets the best of me sometimes too”

“I had a headlight out. I called a different place and they quoted me a large number. I called here and they fit me in same day and charged me about 1/5 of what the other place was going to charge me. In and out in 15 minutes!”
