“Great experience with banker Mike Niedermair in the portage location of Associated. We needed a medallion signature, so made an appt. Mike called and wanted to make sure we had all documentation, as it’s a very specific process. We didn’t have all our ducks in a row, so we rescheduled. Upon meeting, there were issues with the forms we had printed out, with which he was very helpful. He explained every step, and even though it was the end of the day he was patient and we finally got it done! So appreciative when you come across someone willing to go above and beyond.”

“I seem to always have problems with “bill pay”. Jessica (Portage ) answered and helped me with my bill pay. I had your 3rd party bill pay only one time with bad results in communication and understanding my problem. I’m unsure why a large credit union such as yours does not keep this in-house. I am also a member of UWCU and so much easier.”
