Everybody else expects the ID in email u scan it bang the women literally denied my sale because it's on my email and Noone else including store management has said it's not allowed she is the only one it even had the official government scan on it like learn the laws

Put 15$ in gas and there pump didn't work and took my money and they wouldn't give it back

This was not a kwik trip as it took 20 minutes. The gas wasn’t working. It wasn’t a me issue because I had so many people try it out too, and I went to 3 different pumps. Went to another gas station :( it’s sad.

Writing solely on the experience with the men's restroom. Urinals were in operation, but toilet(s) were not functioning/out of service after Memorial Day weekend. This was truly a shock for a Kwik Trip.

I was in a bit of a rush because I was doing Instacart and I needed gas, When I got there, they were not that busy and I wanted them to do $24 On pump 10 and they did that but I gave them $15 and they gave me a dollar back. I was very confused so I talked to another employee and they wasted about 10 minutes of my time by counting the Cash drawer just to approve if I was right, which I was then when I told them I could pay the remaining nine dollars they were gonna write down my information instead of just me pay for it there. I felt very disrespected and never ever have I been to a gas station to where I have been disrespected like this. They have never once apologized just smiled at me that alone got on my nerves. Especially when it was their fault, I would understand if you made a mistake and you own up to it but I felt like that they Didn’t think they were at fault, even though they were. I am never coming back here again and I’m encouraging other people not to if you love being disrespected then this is the place for you
