I was looking around to purchase a sectional for my living room. Was to numerous places & decided to purchase an England furniture sectional thru Portage Furniture. The sales staff were very helpful in helping me order exactly what I wanted. Was told it would be 8 weeks for my order to come in but actually was a few weeks less. Delivery was free & they also took my old couch to the basement for me! I am very pleased with my new sectional. It’s looks great in my living room! I’d highly recommend Portage Furniture for home furnishings!!

We bought a couch from them and the price was good. The salesperson was helpful but not pushy. Best part was free delivery and they took the old couch! The delivery guys were even early with the delivery appointment. They were careful and efficient and in about 20 minutes we were all set up with our new couch!

We needed a new couch and they had a great selection at all different price points. The salesperson was helpful but not pushy, a very nice change of pace! After much deliberation we found the one we wanted and purchased the floor model at a reasonable price. They not only offered free delivery, they took the old one! That was a huge selling point! The delivery guys not only were on time, they were a bit early! They were professional, and very good at what they did. In a matter of about 20 minutes they had the old couch out into the truck and the new one delivered. We high;y recommend Portage Furniture!

Great furniture store! They have a very large selection of high quality items with many choices. Crystal was extremely helpful and friendly and let us browse their recliner section with no sales pressure. Free delivery was an absolute plus and the gentlemen that made the delivery were awesome. Crystal was knowledgeable and provided the help we needed selecting a power lift chair. The free delivery and setup is an added bonus. Well worth the 45 minute drive from Fitchburg.

We started our shopping journey to replace our 22 year old sectional sofa at Portage Furniture. We knew what we wanted going in and we found it. Punky was so helpful and let us look around without too much hovering. We were the only ones shopping the entire time. She was patient with us as we "tested" out the couch and looked around for the perfect side table. We will definitely shop there again. Excellent service, super friendly and just a great all-around experience.

Wonderful experience! Friendly and helpful. Kind and understanding. Have a wide variety of products to choose from. The free delivery is incredible! No one offers this! Not only that, the chairs come already ready to sit on. No assembly! Went in for a power lift chair for my father and was immediately comforted. I'm sure my dad will LOVE this chair!
