I've been here multiple times and I've never been satisfied with the selection available. Poultry supply seems to be over priced compared to nearby stores, and not a whole lot of selection to choose from. Also bought some clematis plants, one I had to return because there was no root stock in the package. I had to literally dump out and dig through the last three packages to find one that had a root stock, but even then it was the tiniest thing I have ever seen in a package. So it's possible there was root stock in the packages I looked through, but were so miniscule they were missed. I'm not crazy about buying any plants from there now as this root has still not started any growth. I feel ripped off as I am unable to return it since the packaging has already been disposed of.This also seems to be the smallest, most overly stuffed Tractor Supply around. IMHO, they need to either expand the building to hold more with less over-crowding, or move to a larger building. It's very claustrophobic in there.

Drove 30 minutes after confirming a utility cart was in stock online, got rung up at the front cashier and then they couldn't find the right size cart (inventory was wrong), so they gave me the next size up at a discount. Everyone's online inventory seems wrong these days so I can't knock them for that, but I'm glad they made things right for me.

We purchased a wood chipper for over a 1,000 and there was NO KEY to start it! They don't know how to help us! Like who sells equipment without a key to a customer! We shouldn't have had to make sure we had everything in the bag it came with Especially such an expensive piece of equipment my husband needs to run his business this fall for cleanups! Hopefully things get resolved quickly TODAY!Then to top it off the company who makes the chipper wants us to complete the warranty before they will help us at all! Why would someone wanna do a warranty if we can't get a key!?

Ordered a Woodburn stove same day delivery. After 5 days no stove I call and they forgot. Next day a woman shows up in a flat bed truck with no equipment to carry a 390 item. It went back to the store. Over the next week I had to call 3 times to find out where my stove is. They all had other people to blame and said they would call back. I never received a single call back and they all verified my number. Finally I filed through BBB and they decided to just refund part of my money. They tried to scam me out of my $49.99 delivery fee so I had to call and take care of that. I find this store totally incompetent.
