My fiance Brian Lawler's phone broke. He went to US Cellular and bought a new one. They messed up in the transfer. Now neither of our phones are active. They say they are having a computer problem.

It takes hours to get things done bad service too they USED to have a free phone replacement deal if your phone is a certain age but they apparently canceled that

Employees are very helpful. But the service on the north end of portage is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Kinda ridiculous and very frustrating that you can’t get any service outside of Walmart. It’s been like this for years. I know I have asked about it and many other people I know have asked about it too. With nothing being done about the service. Got my son a tablet from spectrum with data. We are gonna try it out for service and if it’s good I will be switching.

NEVER GO HERE. If you want to be cheated out of your money then you’re more than welcome. Everybody there lies to boost their commissions, and tells you to call customer service for the money back.

Not happy at all with US Cellular!! Went in to the Portage, WI location to pay a bill, handed them the check and account stub and it was never credited to my account. They are stating they can not find the check and I will need to pay it again. They will suspend my service otherwise. Likely to lose myself and family as customers if this continues. I don't care how busy you are, if you receive a payment from someone you put it in the system at that moment and place it in the till. Have called twice about finding it and have experienced rude customer service as well. Customer service is low and obviously do not care about helping those who have been with them for many years.

Staff was helpful but service is beyond questionable. Us Cellular's voice coverage map is grossly inaccurate since they shutdown thier 3G service before the 4G & 5G was ready. If you go outside the city limits of a town with a population of 4500 or more the cell service is SPOTTY at best.

Our family went in to upgrade our plan and purchase 3 new phones. Our associate was Haley and she did a great job and was knowledgeable of what we were looking for and was able to complete our requests with no issues. Thanks Haley.
